Aside from the obviously more narrow overall design and the rear swingarm, the biggest other difference are based around the gut of the machine with a 10kW increase to the power to boost the electric racer up to 161bhp. Weight has stayed the same at 250kg but interestingly the bike’s peak torque is actually down compared to last year’s TT-winning bike, coming in at 154lb-ft, that’s 8lb-ft lower than the 2015 model.
